Christmas Bible Lessons

For the last two and a half years, it has been my honor and privilege to teach a married adults Sunday School class at Second Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. I'm so grateful that God has given Rachael and me the opportunity to minister to others in this way and that He has chosen to bless us so abundantly through this call. I often think and tell friends that I wish there could be a way that every single person in church was required to teach the Bible every single Sunday! Obvious logistical challenges aside, the accountability and positive pressure that exists when one teaches is a great gift I hadn't fully anticipated...

But I digress (as often I do). The last two Christmases, I had the opportunity to teach Christmas series' in our class, and I'm sharing links to those lesson notes for anyone who might find them helpful / useful. We Morrows have lots of fun around Christmastime (what with the ridiculous Morrow Family Christmas Letter / Blog / Social Sites / Coming Soon Blu-Ray, etc, etc.) but all that really matters at Christmastime (or any other time for that matter), is that our focus is on the One who gave up everything to come to earth, give Himself up for us, and grant us an opportunity to be a part of the amazing and wonderful work He has ordained since before the beginning of time.

So, please, if you get a moment during this hectic season, browse through these lessons. Rachael and I would be grateful for your thoughts and comments and any insights He is revealing to you, as you reflect on Him this Christmas. And if you don't have a church home or are searching for a small group that challenges each other to grow in the Lord, please consider spending your Sunday mornings with us. God Bless,

Matt
